LWUC ANNUAL CONGRESS 2015
Mastering the mysteries & The keys of the kingdom
Matthew 13:11, “He answered and said to them, because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given” (NKJV)
Matthew 16:19, “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven”(NKJV)
The success of any New Testament believer is largely dependent on a revelation of the mysteries and the keys of the kingdom. When a believer masters the mysteries and gains sufficient spiritual understanding to deploy the keys of the kingdom, he becomes indomitable. The mysteries and the keys of the kingdom are the game-changers believers need to dominate both natural and supernatural forces and bring the kingdom of God to bear in the affairs of men and in every situation.
Jesus in Matthew 13:3-11 spoke to the multitude that gathered around him with a parable and the disciples looking puzzled wondered why he taught in parables and he told them in verse 11 that “it is given unto them to know the mysteries of the kingdom”. Jesus expected the disciples to recognize that they can only win in this world by understanding and deploying the mysteries and the keys of the kingdom. If that was his expectation then, I can assure you that it has not changed. He is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). If Peter, James, John and the rest could not win without the mysteries and the keys of the kingdom; you and I cannot either.
In Matthew 16:19, Jesus promised us the keys of the kingdom of heaven because he knows that without the keys, we will remain mere men with limited opportunities to operate in the supernatural.
Matthew 16:19, “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt lose on earth shall be loosed in heaven”
These keys make a believer invincible and empowers him to subdue every situation. There was no challenge that Jesus faced that did not submit to the mysteries of the kingdom. Jesus never lived like an ordinary life. Even the way he spoke demonstrated he came from above (John 7:46). A believer that dares to believe and master the use of kingdom mysteries and how to apply the keys become a terror to the world. The utmost desire of God is to work through the life of believers to establish His will on earth as it is in heaven. The accomplishment of this would require a people who have considerably mastered the mysteries and are able to use the keys. There are many instances of men across scriptures who mastered the mysteries and were able to subdue natural forces. These include Joshua, Elijah, Elisha, Peter and John, Apostle Paul, among others. All these are men of similar passion like us. God has not changed; if he could use them, He can use us. Today, either for lack of spiritual understanding or inadequate teachings on the mysteries and the keys of the kingdom, there are only very few in our generation who have mastered the use these of spiritual tools, hence the low level of supernatural manifestations.
The need to produce supernatural heavyweights in our time cannot therefore be overemphasized. This clearly explains the theme of this year’s annual congress: ‘MASTERING THE MYSTERIES & THE KEYS OF THE KINGDOM’. The convention is loaded and designed to cover every aspect of the mysteries and keys of the kingdom in a manner that will make it absolutely impossible for anyone to attend and remain ordinary thereafter. In Matthew 13:44, the Bible likened the kingdom of God to a treasure hidden in a field that when a man found, he hid it again and went and sold all he had just to acquire it. In the years ahead only those that have mastered the mysteries and the keys of the kingdom of God will be able to please God. This year’s congress makes available a treasure that will secure your destiny and that of generations after you.
It is therefore imperative that you secure your place at the LWUC Congress 2015. Don’t just stop there. Invite all the people around you to this convention. I assure you that whatever sacrifice you make to obtain this treasure will be worthwhile. SEE YOU THERE.
God bless you
