By virtue of being a citizen of the kingdom of God, there is a supernatural power that has been deposited and which resides inside of you and the working of this power in you makes all the difference. This power is the same as eternal life (John 3:15) which enables us to partake of His divine nature.
As citizens of the kingdom, this power is already inside of us (2 Cor. 4:7), but this power must be activated by us for things to work for us otherwise it will remain dormant, making us powerless to overcome sin, sicknesses and diseases, and even to live a life of dominion.
Anywhere the kingdom of God is preached and accepted, the demonstration of the power of the kingdom follows (1Cor. 2:4). This power is available but if you do not accept it, it will not work for you.
He that is born of God overcomes the world (1 John 5:4); this is the power that is inside a citizen of the kingdom of God. But we must understand and activate this power for this power to work for us. The kingdom of God is not in words but in power (1 Cor. 4:20), which is available to all its citizens.
The transformation we desire can only be powered by this power, otherwise our faith will only be in words with no power. As citizens of the kingdom of God, it is our responsibility to activate and deploy this power which empowers us to take charge and be in dominion, and be able to choose good and reject evil, and having confidence over everything.
We belong to a kingdom in which God has made everything available for us, therefore we cannot afford to keep this power dormant inside of us. Christ in us the hope of glory (Col. 1:27).
We are not ordinary, because there is a power inside of us that makes us supernatural beings. We are different because there is a grace and favour upon our lives and we must walk in that consciousness, speaking the right words (Prov. 18:21) regardless of the situation around us.
There is a power that is inside of us and available for us to activate and engage to renew of our minds (Rom. 12:2) through the study of the word of God, as citizens of the kingdom of God.
A believer that fails to recognize that there is a power working inside him to deliver supernatural results is a believer going nowhere. When this power is engaged, it not only renews your mind (Rom. 12:2) but activates the power of God.
Go into this week activating and provoking.
